There’s a lot that goes into buying or selling a home. I’ve been listing and selling residential properties in the North Bay area since 2006 and have the experience and the knowledge to help you get the best price for your property.

No two clients are exactly alike, but there are several things I do with all my clients to ensure they are as informed as possible about one of the biggest decisions they’ll be making.

Buyers:

• Make sure they are pre-qualified - that way I know what kind of mortgage payment they’re comfortable with.


• Recommend three mortgage lenders - this is if they don't already have someone in mind.

Sellers:

• Evaluate the property - if anything needs to be done, I'll suggest what attracts buyers.


• Do a comparative market analysis - to help my sellers see what competitive properties are selling for and help them determine the best price for their home.
